Youtube Has Porn? Do They Really Check? May 25, 2006

Youtube is a video based site that is all about bringing independent video to the world. They have a special policy for people that submit videos and also say that they check the videos for things that go against there policy.
I was searching for cool things about Digg on Youtube and there was some pornography. They apparently did not check because there is no warning or anything on the link. I would like some feedback on what you think about this and what should be done.

I think that Pornography is not a terrible thing but it should be more private that what is shown here.
And violence is okay too?
Why does everyone think sex is so much worst than violence.
Do to me posting this Youtube has taken the video off the air. So this is a good demonstration on what people can do if they speak there mind.
I think free porn is a great thing. The more the better. Also, it would make Youtube hugely successful.
You tube will absolutely take down porn as soon as you point it out to them. The sheer volume of stuff being posted makes it impractical for them to vet every video. If they didn’t respond when you told them of porn you might have cause for complaint.
You Tube can’t moderate EVERY video. They aren’t some 1000-people staff.
Porn isn’t allowed there. And even to view a Paris Hilton commercial, they give a warning and you also have to have an account there. Maybe it just slipped by them. But there should be more supervision as to what is put on that site, sexual and violent.
It is only a matter of time for them to find the porn videos and remove them.

If people stopped to think for a bit more than 3 seconds today they might realize where things will go if allowed to disintegrate further into a sexualized abyss of pornography. As the Western World degrades females all over the Internet and young women who have not full developed their sense of worth are willing to display themselves for all time for all perverts to see and the Muslin world pulls women in the opposite direction and the days of Rome loom large in front of us – as our children know longer know what to think when confronted with the level of pornography they are exposed to….maybe …just maybe….people would realize that this level of sexual extremism that everyone is confronted with (no, dont tell me we dont have to look – its impossible to avoid) for all to see …is more than the world needs today. Men, you have enough places to live your fantasy lives…I think you can do without one more place (You Tube), cant you?

I hate that you can surf on youtube for legitimate videos and there is always crap and porn on there. I hate knowing that little kids are coming across this crap. People (adults) can find their nasty crap on the Internet why pollute a family venue? I hate porn I hate child porn I hate animal porn I hate knowing people and animals have porn. If you really want to find some porn on youtube you should do this: Search for a vulgar word(pussy, sex, boobs etc.) then you have to press the sort by button and pick date added. Here you will find porn videos that has not been removed yet.
It ridiculous that there is now porn on utube it’s one thing to go out and search for it (not like it hard) but its another thing to come across it while looking for something. It makes utube just look like another porn crappy supplier.
